How this website handles information
This page describes vero.school, not the separate teacher and admin portals.
Contacting us by email
Contact links open your email app. Nothing is sent until you choose to send the message. We receive the email address, message, and any other details you include, and use them to respond, discuss pilot arrangements, or arrange a demonstration. Correspondence is handled through Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online.
Please do not send student records in an inquiry. The website has no contact form, newsletter signup, online checkout, or embedded booking service. You do not need an account to read it.
Booking a meeting
Meeting links take you to Microsoft Bookings, which collects the contact details and scheduling information you provide to arrange and manage your meeting with Christopher. Microsoft processes that information through its service. Please do not include student records. The booking page is external; it is not embedded in this website.
No advertising or analytics scripts
The website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or third-party font services. Fonts are served with the site. LMS guide checklists save only checked step identifiers in this browser’s local storage. This optional progress is not sent to Vero, is not shared across devices, and is not proof of a working connection. Use Reset this guide to clear a guide’s progress, or clear site data to remove all saved progress. No credentials or student information are stored by the checklists.
Research articles and editor accounts
The Research page retrieves published articles from Supabase. Reading articles requires no account. Supabase receives ordinary connection information to deliver the feed. Authorized research editors sign in with a Vero account to add, edit, publish and order articles. The browser stores their editor session so they can return to the page; Sign out clears that session on this browser. Drafts are shared only with authorized research editors. Research editor access is separate from teacher and school administrator permissions.
The Firefox capture bookmark opens the editor with the current page’s title, link and any selected text. Those details are saved to the shared database only when an authorized editor saves or publishes an article. Backup export and import files contain article content, not student records.
Hosting and external links
Our hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the website. Research links and portal links take you to other services with their own data handling.
Classroom information
Teacher and administrator accounts, school records, and classroom operations are separate from this public website. Read our product privacy and safety explanation for an overview of the current classroom workflow.
